I'd kick his aaaaayyyyaaasss . . . Okay, I'm supposed to post the rules, so here you go.
RULES:
Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people (I'm going with five - eight is way too many people to have mad at you) to get tagged and list their names.
1. I am one of five girls in a Catholic family with a very devout Catholic mother. Between the five girls, there are fifteen husbands/ex-husbands.
2. I survived a massive heart attack nine years ago. The right side of my heart collapsed. My father did not suvive the heart attack he had in 1981. The left side of his heart collapsed.
3. While trying to keep me from dying, my cardiac surgeon had to keep my heart outside of my body, covered with what my little brother referred to as "hospital saran wrap" for three days because he couldn't get it back in my chest without my blood pressure plummeting.
4. My parents took 30+ foster babies when we were growing up. All but one were infants straight from the hospital. The exception to the rule was an 18-month old little boy with brown hair and blue eyes who would slam his bottle of milk on the table and say, "Ahhhhh," just like a drunk. Would you like to know why he was taken away from his mother? I thought not. He's my little brother now, and I love him madly.
5. My proudest accomplishments are my children. Without them, well, I'd rather not think about it. Been there, done that.
6. I am happier now than I've been in I don't know how long. My children are here in town with me, and I see my granddaughter all the time. My home is like her second home. I love it.
7. I think about my father everyday of my life and miss him terribly. I wish he had lived to see this grandbaby of mine. He would have worshipped her and she would have adored him, just like her mama did for the short time she had her grandpa around.
8. I wish that my family hadn't fallen apart when my father died.
