A man changes the minute he hears the words, "Congratulations you are going to be a father" It seems to draw a line between the man he was 30 seconds before and he’s not sure what he’s to become after this announcement. Men bounce from wanting to control instead of teach, but how can you teach if you don’t know what you are suppose to teach.
Men have no role models to follow and the rules of the game are constantly changing
A women tend to think of their own fathers in terms of parenting. This can be good or bad. They want the father of their children to be something better.

Women have the advantage since they are with the child constantly from the moment of conception. While in the uterus the baby gets use to the sound of its mothers voice. A baby can sense anger and pleasure just in her tone of voice. It has become accustomed to her soothing touch from the moment it’s aware of any sensation. Mother’s respond instantly to any signal from the baby when it wants her to change position or it has hiccups and the frequent little love pats. Father’s are totally different Dad’s have a way of patting Mom’s abdomen when the baby is asleep just to wake it up. As a result, the baby hears his voice. The baby is never quit sure about the father. A baby gets the unspoken message either way. Moms are soft and easy and mean business. Dad means "Come on let’s play. I’m just a big kid and I haven’t a clue as to what I need to do now

As the bond between father and child develops, there are times when the child and the father are in trouble with Mom at the same time. After all most fathers are just a kid with more expensive toys.
A smart mother will whisper to a yelling child. "My ears won’t let me hear yelling, can you talk softer?"

Dad will yell back, only louder. Now you have a kid yelling and a Dad too. This is an example of what women are better at raising children.
Women will hit where it hurts by taking away video games or other activities kids like.
Men will sent them to their room with their TV, Video games and all their favorite things.
Women will ground a child a reasonable amount of time not too little and not too much.
Men will begin with grounding a kid for a month. Who wants to be stuck in a house with a grounded kid for a month? A mother will never dish out a discipline she can’t live with.
A mother will cut allowance. Dads will jump at the chance to negotiate with the kids to do jobs he doesn’t want to do in exchange for discipline

Women can ask a child what he would do if he was the parent. role playing can help a child understand problems more easily. This can surprisingly be discipline that is appropriate and acceptable by parent and child. In this situation kids have a way of being more harsh then parents.

A man in his ego ruled world, will act as a judge instead of a teacher. He will issue a punishment that teaches nothing at all.

It is imperative that both parents agree concerning rules and consequence. Sometimes the best thing to do is sit down both parents and the child. It’s easier to take care of most of the problems at the same time. Dad and the kids may lose their video games or TV time. Naturally father and child will do anything to keep this from happening. With careful negotiations a mother can come out the winner. The kids rakes the leaves or do whatever he is suppose to do. Dad washes his car and hers too. He will completes his chores.
Mom looks on with pride as both her big boy and little kids are doing what they are suppose to do.

Everyone knows the sky is always bluer, birds sing and the world is a much better place when everyone to listens to Mom. After all if Momma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.
